You can find high temperature wire with hard to find temperature ratings up to 1000°F, in stock and ready-to-ship.

TGGT hookup wire is rated to 600 volts, 482°F (250°C) with fiberglass insulation and nickel plated copper conductor. MGT-1000 hookup wire is rated to 600 volts, 1000°F (538°C) with fiberglass insulation and nickel plated copper conductor. The high temperature non-insulated connectors are made of nickel plated steel and rated to 900°F (482°C).
