Flexible heaters from Watlow are thin, bendable and shaped to fit your equipment. You can use your imagination to apply heat to the most complex shapes and geometries, without sacrificing efficiency or dependability. With Watlow’s customization capabilities, you have the maximum amount of freedom when designing your equipment.

Excellent heat transfer results from the heater’s thin design and its direct bonding to the application. Flexible heaters also provide fast heatup and cool down rates, uniform heat distribution and high watt densities.

The flat geometry permits holes, notches and unusual shapes.

Options include: encapsulated pre-set or adjustable thermostats, separate pre-set or adjustable thermostats, mounted thermocouples, pressure sensitive adhesive, flaps, grommets, boot hooks, latch fasteners, sponge rubber thermal insulation, aluminized insulation low loss treatment, factory bonding to your part, many lead options including HPN cord set.

Silicone Rubber Heater - Wire-Wound Element style is created by spiraling fine resistance wires around a fiberglass cord. This gives the heater excellent physical strength and flexibility.

Silicone Rubber Composite Curing Heaters for the composite bonding industry. The design includes equal length circuits and a no-heat tab for temperature uniformity. The contact surface is made of a smooth silicone to prevent composite surface imperfections.
